• Earthly calm works on three different levels. Tarragon and basil help with relaxation; cypress and marjoram increase warmth and positive blood flow, and other ingredients help with increased calm.
• You should drink water after a massage to help the body flush toxins released from areas with newly increased blood flow
• Painful tension in muscles can be caused by injury, muscle spasms, or chronic inflammation. Always warm up muscles before intense activity, and relax tired muscles by massaging them to release built up lactic acid.
