Mélange Jolie Galaxy Nights Cocktail SipKit™

The Galaxy Nights cocktail integrates some of the same flavors of a traditional tiki drink while simultaneously "drying the drink out" with big grapefruit notes.

We believe the addition of Campari provides a necessary bitter that pulls out the tropical passion fruit notes. The Apry helps reinforce the passion fruit by giving it the sort of depth that you can only get from a stone fruit liqueur.

This SipKit includes the following:

• three ounces fresh-squeezed lemon juice
• two ounces passion fruit syrup
• smoked saline water
• thirty drops Bittermen's Hopped Grapefruit Bitters
• dried orange wheels
• one highball glass
• one bar spoon
• three cocktail bar sticks

Makes approximately three cocktails.
